• Define objectives of learning technology development and integration.
• Analyse information impacting the design, development and delivery of learning technology
• Develop Design Document for the design, development and delivery of learning technology.
• Analyse the impact of learning needs and learner profile on the design of learning technology
• Create the design concept of the e-learning programme according to established criteria
• Apply principles of UI and UX design to create learning technology storyboard concepts
• Develop learning technology prototypes incorporating media and formative assessments
• Conduct trials to determine the usefulness and usability of the learning technology prototypes
• Identify key areas for improvement to enhance the usefulness and usability of the learning technology prototypes
• Incorporate outcomes of learning technology trials and assessments to create final learning technology prototypes

What You'll Learn

Apply e-learning methodology to develop user-centred activities and learning resources that are

aligned to a sound curriculum design, specifically e-learning. They are required to do

storyboarding and design a short e-learning segment for asynchronous self-paced learning.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• At least 2 years of TAE working experience;
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English with at least a B4 for English Language at GCE 'O' Level or equivalent;
• Good IT skills including use of web browsers, word processing software and presentation software, etc.
• Good research skills including collecting data from different sources, analysing collected data, conducting interviews, etc.

Applicants must fulfil the following pre"requisites:

• ATTAINED EITHER :

WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) " or equivalent

OR

WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) plus ACLP Module 4 Facilitate Workplace Learning / Workplace Learning Delivery "“ or equivalent

• Secured a Project Host Organisation (PHO) for completion of Applied Practice Project (APP)
