• Develop a mission plan and action plan for continuous professional learning and excellence as an adult educator
• Identify learning opportunities through reflection-on-action, reflection-in-action and reflection-for-action
• Innovate practice through consistent, critical and creative adoption of individual and collaborative reflective practice

What You'll Learn

Participants will be introduced to reflective practice as a means of enhancing their lifelong professional development. They will be charting their own mission plans and setting their own professional learning goals. The tools and skills developed here will be used throughout the course.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Minimum Entry Requirements

• At least 2 years of TAE working experience;
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English with at least a B4 for English Language at GCE 'O' Level or equivalent;
• Good IT skills including use of web browsers, word processing software and presentation software, etc.
• Good research skills including collecting data from different sources, analysing collected data, conducting interviews, etc.

Applicants must fulfil the following pre"requisites:

• ATTAINED EITHER :

WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) " or equivalent

OR

WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) plus ACLP Module 4 Facilitate Workplace Learning / Workplace Learning Delivery "“ or equivalent

• Secured a Project Host Organisation (PHO) for completion of Applied Practice Project (APP)
