WSQ Certificate in Hotel and Accommodation Services (classroom and Asynchronous E-Learning)

Upon completion of the diploma course, learners who are new to the hotel industry will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform entry-level and junior supervisory job functions in the Rooms and F&B division.

Those with relevant industry experience will be trained to perform supervisory and entry-level managerial job functions in the Rooms and F&B division.

What You'll Learn

This course covers the theoretical foundation of the Rooms Division, Food and Beverage Operations and Management, and general management and supervisory functions.

Participants who successfully complete the Certificate will be able to progress to the WSQ Higher Certificate in Hotel and Accommodation.
