This course will give leaners an overview of WSH organisational policies and procedures relating to F & B workplace and enable learners to support and assist with checks according to WSH standard.
What You'll Learn
Identify WSH policies and procedures with an overview of WSH management system.
Describe WSH roles and responsibilities.
Understand non-compliances, unsafe work conditions and practices at the workplace.
Identify correct application of HACCP requirements.
Explain the importance of safety signs and hazard symbols at the workplace.
Explain the importance of risks and control measures relevant to stakeholder of different levels.
Identify WSH control measures, risk assessment and PPE.
Identify correct PPE and safety device to ensure maintenance of safe work environment.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Secondary or higher education
Have English language proficiency – WPLN level 4 for listening, reading and speaking
