Participants will be able to:
- Understand the challenges the Person with Dementia and caregivers face during end of life (EOL) of dementia care
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support caregivers undergoing the process of grief and loss, with intent to preserve the personhood of Person with Dementia. This includes social advanced care planning (ACP) interventions.
What You'll Learn
This course aims to equip participants to journey and support the Person with Dementia and caregivers till end of life and in coping with grief and loss.
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience of working with Persons with Dementia and/or their caregivers
