This course equips the learners with the know how to lead team leaders in the development of business unit strategies, operational plans and corporate governance management to meet organisational needs. It also includes providing direction and guidance to team leaders through regular engagement, modelling of leadership and expected behaviours.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Learners are assumed to possess the following: ï‚· Minimum 6 months experience working as a supervisor, team leader or junior manager

Have access to supervisory-level case studies and experiences which are relevant to the topic
English language proficiency to benefit from the training and undertake the assessments (Level 5 of the Workplace Skills Series attainment scale)
Potential learners who do not possess the assumed knowledge and skills should not be precluded from training. However, it is recommended they are counselled and advised on suitable preparatory courses or on the job training that they could undertake to improve their ability to benefit from the module.
