Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to

Interpret concepts of International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) and pre-loading, post-loading and post-charging cargo loading and inspection documentation
Prepare clear and concise cargo inspection and documentation instructions using effective policy and procedure writing skills
Implement cargo loading and unloading receipt, inspection processes, and cargo labelling to ensure cargo is handled correctly
Interpret the concept of pre-loading, post-loading, and post-charging loading documentation and improve cargo-related documentation processes using effective policy and procedure writing skills
Conduct cargo security checks and verify documents to ascertain compliance with cargo security requirements

The aim of the course is to equip team leaders, executives or supervisors who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the logistics industry with knowledge and skills to interpret Incoterms 2020 policies and procedures to support development of cargo loading and inspection processes and procedures with receipt and delivery to ensure accurate documentation and cargo is handled correctly

Minimum Entry Requirement

Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in team leader or executive position.
Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 3 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
