Tfip – Building the Foundation for an Ethical Organisation

Breach of ethical integrity has proven to be a sudden and devastating crisis that can break organisations that were once flag bearers. Ethical Compliance is a critical area that needs to be addressed through active mechanisms and infused into the organization's DNA.

This two-days course will equip participants with a clear understanding of what ethical compliance encompasses, its unique challenges, and the mechanisms that can be adopted to manage it. Participants will also be exposed to specific business ethical compliance topics such as fraud, bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, etc. and learn how to prevent, detect, correct, and investigate such incidents.
