• Prepare sushi vinegar & sushi rice
• Prepare Temaki
• Prepare Maki
• Prepare Nigiri & Gunkan

What You'll Learn

On completion of this unit, learners will be equipped with the fundamental knowledge and abilities in preparing standard sushi with the required level of attention to details and complexity in techniques.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Admission requirements:

• 18 years of age and above
• Primary education level
• Workplace Literacy & Numeracy level of at least level 2 (listening and reading/writing).
