The programme is designed to introduce AEs the benefits and power of learning through online communities. It is an one-day exciting learning journey which AEs will master useful skills to learn, share and excel together in the communities. They will also learn effective social media skills to build their network in the different communities.<BR><BR>Through a step-by-step guide, the AEs will understand the benefit of community, how to set and establish the community and ways to create learning content, etc. They will also learn how to engage the learners and moderate learning in the communities.<BR><BR>The workshop includes useful hand-ons and practical coaching with lots of social media tips from real industrial experience. At the end of the session, the learners will take away an useful guide with a set of templates to build their online learning community.<BR><BR>- Learning: You will learn how to benefit from actively participating in communities.<BR>- Practical Tips: You'll learn the latest and real practical social media tips to build your learning community<BR>- Hand-ons: There will be practice session which you will apply what you learned and receive feedback.<BR>- Social Learning: After the session, you can join a community of community builders which you will be able to continue learning<BR>- Take-away: Guide with templates to build your learning community<BR><BR>By the end of this session, participants will be able to:<BR><BR>- Identify the benefits of participating actively in communities<BR>- Set up and establish their learning community<BR>- Create learning content and activities for the community<BR>- Engage the learners and moderate learning <BR>- Measure and analyse the community success and effectiveness
What You'll Learn
To do well in the TAE industry, AEs can join the different communities on social media to connect with other training professionals and learners. They can learn from the community and also, obtain more project opportunities through the network in the community. In addition, AE can also create their learning community and start facilitate learning online with a community of learners in their passionate topics.<BR><BR>The rationale for the programme is to equip AEs with the knowledge and skills to benefit from participating actively in the different communities. Through this programme, AEs will also master practical social media skills to plan and build their communities
