Participants will gain digital skills related to food services:

• Explore the use of in-demand digital tools and applications
• Use data analytics to study trends and support decision-making.
• Explore how automation and Generative AI can enhance business tasks.
• Perform digital-related tasks safety by recognizing risks related to cybersecurity and use of Generative AI.

What You'll Learn

The course covers the key trends and emerging technologies in the digital economy and those that are shaping the development of the food services industry. Participants will engage in scenario-based learning through a fun and interactive approach, gaining hands-on experience of selected digital tools and applications, and Generative AI tools.
