This programme has been designed to help individuals exercise flexibility in behaviours or approaches to respond to changes and evolving contexts through the process of self-awareness and help them prepare for a career transition, job change, or re-entry into the workforce.
Minimum Entry Requirement
It is assumed that the participant's should minimally possessed the following profile:
- Possess minimum of Secondary or equivalent level of education; or
- Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and
- Have less than 1 years of work experience
