This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM Retail Sector .
In this program catered for learners undergoing training for upskilling in the progressive wage model (PWM) scheme.
Learners will learn to enhance productivity by combining the power of Generative AI with automation tools such as Zapier and Make.com
Learners will learn how to apply the the steps needed to –
- Understand and identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze factors that affect productivity and apply Generative AI with Zapier or Make , to enhance data performance and speed up work processes that are tedious and repetitive.
Learners will work Zapier and Make.com which are automation tools capable of integrating and automating workflows with Generative AI
Other Generative AI tools are covered with the sole premise of using it as the hub for which automation tools such as Zapier and Make.com work with.
This course prepares learners within the context of the retail sector , to apply advanced productivity strategies in professional settings, leveraging the latest in AI technology and automation .
