To equip retail service staff with the essential skills and competencies to develop project plans and manage project risks using appropriate project management tools.

Learning Units:

LU1:Project Execution

To recognise and estimate the amount of resources, time and cost required to execute each project task

LU2:Project Tracking

To track the progress of the project according to project requirements

LU3:Project Risk Identification

To identify project risks and understand it's impact on the overall project timeline and quality

What You'll Learn

This course aims to provide learners with the competencies to estimate the amount of resources each project requires, track progress of project as well as identify the risks associated with project planning.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Be above 18 years of age to 65 years of age
Have an understanding of the organisation's product and service offering
Have an understanding of the organisation's structure, standard operating procedures and guidelines on a relevant area of work.
Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 3.
