LO1: Facilitate the execution of project that are shorter than 6 months with limited resources.
LO2:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish requirements for projects
LO3: Implement project plans to meet stakeholder requirements
LO4: Use Scrum methods and tools to track progress of project against baselines
LO5: Track project deliverables against project schedules, cost and resources baselines and take corrective actions when misalignments are identified
LO6: Identify project risks and take appropriate actions to manage them
LO7:Deploy manpower, financial budgets and relevant resources to mitigate the project risks to ensure success and completion of project
What You'll Learn
The Professional Scrum MasterTM level I (PSM I) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate his or her depth of knowledge of the PictureScrum framework and its application. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PSM I Certification to demonstrate their fundamental level of Scrum mastery.
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Participants are recommended to have a Diploma.
The candidates are required to have the knowledge and skills:
- Overview of Professional SCRUM Competencies and Key Focus Areas
- Understanding and Applying the Scrum Framework
- Developing People and Teams
Entry requirements for participants will be screened by interview. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements they will be advised accordingly on courses they should embark in before attending.
