Productivity Improvement using Artificial Intelligence, AI (Classroom & Asynchronous)

This course equips the learners with the skills and knowledge required to manage productivity plans and initiatives, develop recommendations for productivity improvement by using existing concepts, ideas or technologies in new ways for the business.

What You'll Learn

This module facilitates the ability of the emerging leaders and managers from the retail sectors with the skills and knowledge required to manage productivity action plans and initiatives that include re-viewing potential areas and opportunities as well as evaluating tools and techniques for productivity measurement and improvement

Minimum Entry Requirement

• GCE 'O' level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numer-acy (WPLN) score: Level 6 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy; and
• (OR) With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial working experience in retail or Professional/Managerial/Management Executive (PME) position in non-retail sector
