This module consists of 60 training hours. It will be conducted at Temeasek Polytechnic (TP).
Emphasis is placed on cultivating collaborative relationships with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation from initial planning to ongoing support.
What You'll Learn
This module focuses on crafting and executing successful digital product management strategies. Students will learn to formulate effective Go-To-Market strategies and refine Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for long-term success, while covering product management methodologies tailored for digital products and services, while ensuring the ethical and governed use of AI. Key areas include market research, defining product strategy, maintaining product roadmaps, enhancing user experience design, collaborating with agile development teams, and monitoring product performance.
Minimum Entry Requirement
A Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Technical Diploma / Technical Engineer Diploma / Work-Learn Technical Diploma / Work-Study Diploma or equivalent

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
OR
A Post-Secondary Certificate with at least 3 Years of relevant working experience
