This course aims to equip learners seeking to enhance their analytics skills and optimise business processes with minimal programming to help businesses automate their business processes and speed up their decision making. Learners will learn to use design thinking methods to find bottlenecks through business process analyses and to suggest ways to optimise them through intelligent automation techniques.
Only working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is needed. No prior programming knowledge is required.

This course is designed for mid-level executives and frontend data users seeking to enhance process automation skills using low-code RPA applications and identify gaps in business processes. At the end of the course, these executives will be able to apply change management systems to influence business decisions through information gathering and analytics, identify gaps in business processes and propose process automation solutions for mundane tasks using popular tools like UiPath, MS Power Automate etc.
Minimum Entry Requirement
A recognised local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree (with English as the medium of instruction) in the business, engineering, technology or any other disciplines with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in data analysis.
