This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to secure the information infrastructure of an organisation and perform digital forensics investigations when security incidents occur. We provide the following facilities and opportunities to help enhance, bridge and complement your skills in Information Security:
- IT security equipment and tools that have been provisioned in collaboration with MHA. These are equipment and tools that SPF, HTX and banks use and we have trained staff from these organisations in using them.
- Live Malware Analysis Centre which has been set up in collaboration with reputable industryleaders who service customers in industry.
- Simulated Security Operations Centre. This Centre provides students with a good understanding of operations and roles.

Minimum Entry Requirement
At least a Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Technical Diploma/Technical Engineer Diploma/Work-Learn Technical Diploma in a technology or IT-related course, or equivalent.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants
