Post-Diploma Certificate in Dispensary Services (part of Advanced Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences) covers the following modules and has a total of 150 training hours.

What You'll Learn
Post-Diploma Certificate in Dispensary Services (PDC2 of Advanced Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences) aims to:
- This module train participants to implement good dispensing standards and guidelines, execute institution protocol for management of dispensing errors and be equipped with skills to achieve quality customer service as well as proficiency in the maintenance of records and equipment in a pharmacy.
- This module train participants to take on a systematic approach for handling of drug enquiries.
- This module train participants on medication safety practice guidelines and tools that are used for incorporating medication safety into work processes such as prescribing, dispensing and administration of medicines.
Minimum Entry Requirement
The minimum entry requirement is:
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science(s)/ Pharmacy Science from a local polytechnic.
For participants who do not hold the aforementioned qualification, they must possess a diploma, passed the Certified Pharmacy Technician Course (CPTC) conducted by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS) and have at least 2 years of relevant working experience (i.e. working in a pharmacy as a pharmacy assistant / pharmacy technician)
Applicants who do not have the necessary educational qualifications but have substantial relevant working experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
