The Modular Certificate in Hospitality Management (MC3 of Diploma in Business Practice (Hospitality & Tourism Management)) aims to equip the learners in the following subject matter:

- Essentials of Hotel Operations
- Hospitality Sales Distribution
- Food & Beverage Operations
What You'll Learn
This programme is designed to develop and groom learners for such positions within the various related sectors. It aims to develop learners into versatile individuals who can handle the cross-cultural demands of this dynamic sector. Learners will be equipped with the requisite skills, relevant knowledge and specialised training to succeed in this growing sector, which includes Hotel, Resort, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions) businesses.
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Minimum of 3 GCE 'O' Level credits, including English, Mathematics and at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- NITEC with GPA ≥ 3.5 OR
GPA ≥ 3.0 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- Higher NITEC with GPA ≥ 2.0 OR
GPA ≥ 1.5 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- NITEC in Services / Technology with GPA ≥ 3.5 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- Higher NITEC in Services / Technology with GPA ≥ 2.0 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- Relevant WSQ Advanced Certificate (or higher), and at least 1 year of relevant working experience and Workplace Literary & Numeracy (WPLN) at Level ≥ 6.
- Others – At least 2 years relevant work experience (subject to interview/assessment).
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on competency readiness
