The Master's and PhD program in Political Science aims to train candidates to become competent analysts of government, institutions, politics, and public policy.
Candidates can take modules in research methods and data analysis; the comparative politics of counties around the world; international relations and questions of global security; government and public policy; and the political theory of the purposes of politics and the justifications for the use of power. They will also, under the guidance of faculty supervisor, conduct independent research for a thesis on a chosen field of study.
