The department of Chemistry offers MSc by research, on a part-time and full-time basis.
Master's degree programmes are primarily designed to prepare students for the practice of a profession, or to master a subject area as a precursor to doctoral training.
What You'll Learn
Students are required to take three graduate level modules. This provides a graduate level foundation and prepares the student for research work. The modules offered vary year to year, please refer to the programme website for information on the modules. The research works which forms the largest single component culminate to a thesis will be examined.
Student will work under the supervision of an academic staff member whose research interests are in the area proposed by the student.
