This module aims to identify the learning needs of healthcare professionals using the learning needs analysis framework
Students are expected to display competency in the following after course completion:
1 Discuss the process of learning needs analysis
2 Conduct learning needs analysis using the learning needs analysis framework
3 Evaluate the results of the learning needs analysis
4 Develop recommendations for short-and long-term training plans and budget and
5 Discuss barriers to learning of learners

Minimum Entry Requirement
A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a related discipline
At least one year work expereince in a related discipline
Applicants without a Bachelors' degree but with relevant work experience are also eligible
