What You'll Learn
LO1: Develop a comprehensive manpower resource plan aligned with the organization's vision, mission, values, and service operations plan while demonstrating self-awareness, motivation and empathy.
LO2: Evaluate team performance using relevant criteria in accordance with the service operations plan, demonstrating self-regulatory and motivation and understanding of team dynamics.
LO3: Gather feedback and data on team performance to inform decision-making processes, demonstrating empathy, active listening skills and social skills.
