To covers the fundamental common law principles of contract law and the relevant statutes.
What You'll Learn
This module covers the formation of a valid contract and its terms, factors that may vitiate an enforceable contract, performance and discharge of a contract and the remedies available for a breach of contract. The specialised area of Law of Agency will also be looked into. Students will also learn the basic principles of drafting a contract.
