Profile
Session 1: Integrating Theory (Case Formulation) in Correction Work
This course aims to provide staff with confidence in their casework with clients and increase their flexibility in using different types of interventions. By the end of the day, participants will be familiar with different ways of formulating cases and identifying targets for intervention.
Session 2: Use of Self (Reflective Practice) in Correction Work
The workshop aims to build awareness and confidence in the participant as a professional, by teaching them how to create a "space" in their work to safely explore and process the difficult emotions and situations they might have encountered. When they can do so effectively and appropriately, it will increase their self-confidence and reduce the feeling of burn-out when engaging in their work.

Session 1: gives participants an experience of using different evidence-based therapy approaches to formulate challenging cases in their line of work.
