This is part of Post-Diploma Certificate 2 in Applied Analytics & Digitalisation (in HR) of Specialist Diploma in HR Analytics & Digitalisation).

This module consists of 45 hours of training.

What You'll Learn

In this Module, learners will learn emerging HR Technology and trends such as AI and automation. Learners will pick up skills on how to enhance HR solutions using appropriate technological tools and systems.

At the end of this module, learners will be able to:

Manage HR digitalization projects using HR technology.
Employ the use of automated standard HR processes for increased productivity and efficiency using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Recommend improvements to HR processes using available software and technology service providers.

Minimum Entry Requirement

The admission requirement(s) are:

A diploma from a local polytechnic or degree with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:

i. Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR

ii. Supporting evidence of competency readiness.

Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or proficiency test.
