This diploma program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in the hospitality and tourism industry. It covers areas such Hospitality and Food and Beverage management, as well as equipping learners with skillsets in sustainability and digital transformation. Learners will also acquire skills in project management, customer journey mapping and analytics. Learners will be exposed to how technology works in the hospitality sector and will be able to choose options between hospitality business management or Human Resource Management. These will expose learners to areas in Revenue Management and understanding consumers, as well as managing the Human Resources component of the industry. The program is rounded off with a Capstone project to tie the learnings together.
What You'll Learn
this module will allow students to acquire knowledge of the business environment that hospitality organisations operate in as well as the knowledge and analytical skills to examine management and operational functions unique to the hospitality industry. Students will also develop skills that will help them create strategic partnerships with clients and increase sales and profitability.
