Explain the rationale of conducting program evaluation
Describe different evaluation models by identifying their strengths and limitations;
Explain the procedures for planning, conducting and using evaluations;
Design an evaluation plan that is based on the appropriate applications of evaluation models and methods.

What You'll Learn

The course delivery will be a mixture of lecture, seminar, and discussion in class and online. Students are expected to read beyond the textbook and to engage in active discussion and sharing in class and online. It is advisable to apply the knowledge learned each week to work on the research plan rather than to work on it at the end of the semester.
