This module provides participant with the knowledge and skills in understanding and monitoring crowd behaviour for efficient crowd control.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Ability to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 4.
Ability to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4.
Education: Minimum Secondary 2 education.
Age: 18 and above
Experience in Security Industry: N.A.
To fulfil PLRD (Police Licensing & Regulatory Department) licensing requirements for a full pledge

At the ATO Admin/ Registration Counter:
A checklist is to be provided to Admin to ensure the learner requirements (above) are met accordingly
To make recommendations on suitable courses if the individual does not meet the entry

criteria

Verification of authenticity can be done via checking on certificates
Physically and medically certified fitness of health
Learners who do not meet the entry requirements of ESS Level 4 will be interviewed by the key personnel such as the training manager and may be recommended to take the WPLN literacy test
