This course focuses on equipping senior and junior managers and directors with strategies to engage and manage stakeholders (in general) to enhance work efficiency and collaboration opportunities so that to escalate business performance for organizations.

This academic course is designed to equip learners to:

Develop Create Positive Stakeholder Relationships Strategy
Facilitate Discussion and Negotiations
Becoming a Trusted Advisor

This course is administered by HMTA, an initiative of Tsao Foundation.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Our target audience are those who are 40 years old and above with at least 3 years of working experience in any industry. The required skills and knowledge for this course are as follows:

Minimum GCE A' Level / Diploma and/or able to read, write, listen and speak of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and count to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
Able to operate a personal desktop computer / laptop with Level 2 basic computing and applications skills
Be motivated to learn and have positive attitude towards work and commitments.
Have interest in community and social works.
