What You'll Learn
This training programme is designed for individual contributors seeking to adapt to change and manage their own career development.
As working environments are rapidly evolving and becoming more global, dispersed, diverse and complex due to economic and technological disrup-tions, individuals are more likely to experience horizontal career mobility such as frequent change of jobs or areas of specialization and less likely to follow traditional forms of vertical career progression. There is thus great impetus to equip individuals with up-to-date understanding of current work trends and the ability to manage and develop their career in order to adapt and thrive in these rapidly changing times.
Doing so would promote these benefits for the individual and their organizations:
- Utilize talents and gifts optimally
- Enhance productivity and effectiveness in a diverse workplace
- Increase growth, engagement and individual contributions
- Develop a sense of connectedness to the organization's goals
- Promote discretionary effort flow to do more with less
