What You'll Learn
At the end of the 3-day module, participants will be able to:
- Gain insights into Singapore's healthcare systems, the players/ stakeholders involved, as well as how healthcare is funded and regulated in Singapore
- Make sense of the different disciplines and specialisations of healthcare and how the different organisational structure in public and private institutions impacts healthcare delivery
- Analyse and compare the strategies of local and regional healthcare institutions and explore business opportunities
