The focus of this module is two-fold: (i) to provide methods for law firms to position themselves as attractive employers for talent and identify pathways for the development of these talent's professional skill sets and careers and; (ii) to help lawyers identify their leadership styles and take a deliberate approach towards improving themselves as well as equipping them with the necessary skill sets for being an effective leader.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Participants should have at least 3 years of experience in a legal services firm.
