You will acquire theoretical knowledge of contract law, tort law, family law, company law and criminal law, and procedural skills such as civil and criminal procedures, conveyancing, and corporate secretarial practice. You will also be trained to run a law office and be introduced to legal technology.
What You'll Learn
The course will cover the litigation process, from the commencement of an action by Writ to enforcement of the judgment. Besides the coverage of substantive legal principles underlying the procedures, the course will also offer hands-on training in the drafting of court documents.
