The Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Perianaesthesia)course will offer the following modules:

(1) Advanced Perianaesthesia Nursing Clinical Practice 1 (200 hours)

(2) Advanced Perianaesthesia Nursing Clinical Practice 2 (200 hours)

Total training hrs: 400

What You'll Learn

At the completion of the PDC, learners will be able to:

(1) Apply knowledge of advanced perianaesthesia to various perianaesthesia settings using a systematic approach;

(2) Perform assessment, planning and delivery of perianaesthesia nursing care using a systematic, comprehensive and focused approach; and

(3) Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking with reference to reflective framework / models.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification;
• Singapore Nursing Board registration;
• 2 years post registration experience with a minimum of 1 year in the discipline of study.
