The course is developed for PMETs to learn with practices in a structured manner the skills on starting and sustaining the communication process to conclude meetings, conferences, proposals, deals, or projects in the legal context of business.
What You'll Learn
Legal practitioners in Singapore are having more communication with clients and colleagues from China, which requires them to know about China legal knowledge and communicate professionally in Mandarin. Participants of this course will learn legal knowledge in China context, including terminologies, translation, legal system, corporate law and contract types. In addition, participants will also learn skills of business etiquettes, formal and informal communication, presentation and negotiation to address communication barriers and elicit favourable response from their clients.
