Branding has always been a vital part of any business and it may be more important now than ever before as competition intensifies on a global scale. For franchise businesses, branding often forms a core component for franchising success, as it allows for the franchisor's reputation and goodwill to be transferred to the franchisee through their business partnership. Franchises that are able to optimise their branding strategies to facilitate the development of their intellectual property will reap benefits from leveraging branding for growth. Minimum Entry Requirement
Learners should be between 25 to 60 years of age and have at least 2 years of professional experi-ence in sales, marketing, business development, service or business support function. They should be accustomed to working in the retail, food & beverage, education, enrichment, hospitality, lifestyle, ser-vices or wholesale environment.
Learners are likely to have at least a diploma or degree, or equivalent educational qualification.
Learners should be able to:
- listen to, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4;
- use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4; and
- possess basic computer skills.
