Introduction to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management system (Classroom & Asynchronous e-Learning)

The workshop will enable learners to implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) systems, establish and evaluate WSH policies and risk control measures and work in consultation with WSH personnel and committees in accordance with the WSH Act.

What You'll Learn

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

• Determine the applicable WSH Act and its subsidiaries legislations to the organisation WSH Management system.
• Develop, implement and maintain the organisation WSH Management System
• Formulate Risk Management plan
• Formulate Incident management plan
• Formulate Emergency preparedness and response plan
• Determine the WSH performance monitoring and measuring parameters.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 and above.

Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 and above.
