Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to

Develop Standard Operating (SOP) and Control Procedure for claim administration and payments
Review performance metric on the claim process as part of customer feedback
Review claim handling systems as per emerging trends and technology to develop new methods in improvement of claim administration process

What You'll Learn

The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Logistics industry with in depth knowledge and skills to develop on the procedure on claim payment administration and to look into assessment the quality of various component, and to look into improving the claims process that also consider the emerging trend and technology.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
