The course helps leaders simplify how they achieve results through and with other people. Effective leaders can make the work easier when they align systems to support the work. They will discover The 6 Rights Map, a simple but infinitely usable framework, to help them gain organisational alignment, manage resources and align them to their teams' strategies.
Effective leaders will then lead their teams to implement the proven 4 Disciplines of Execution® process to achieve their teams' most important goals/strategies, as well as identify and evaluate activities which will minimise risk impacts.
The course is ideal for people managers who need to transition successfully from specialist role to people managers. It also applies to people managers who have been in their roles for some time and are looking for practical and relevant guidance on how to effectively lead and manage their teams.
What You'll Learn

Resource Management and Strategy Implementation in collaboration with FranklinCovey L4 (SFw) (Classroom and Synchronous e-learning) is a specially designed 5-week learning journey which helps leaders consistently achieve results using disciplined processes.

o Required years of experience in relevant domain: 3 or higher
o Minimum education level: O levels
Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to WPL Level 5
