Competency Framework Development Level 4: Develop and Implement In-house Competency Framework (Synchronous e-Learning)

This unit addresses the knowledge and skills to develop and implement an in-house competency framework. It includes identifying the objectives and scope, conducting research, developing, validating, implementing and reviewing the competency framework.

What You'll Learn

• Identify objectives and scope of competency framework to be developed in alignment with organisational needs and objectives
• Conduct research to identify competencies relevant for the organisation
• Develop competency framework aligned to organisation's learning and development needs
• Validate competency framework in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure the framework is applicable and relevant
• Implement competency framework to enable learning and development and other human resource (HR) processes
• Review competency framework to refine the framework for relevance and applicability

Minimum Entry Requirement

Prospective candidates should have a minimum degree in any discipline and at least 1 year of HR or people management experience

Diploma holders with at least 2 years experience of HR or people management experience may also be accepted.
