Profile
The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are
currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Business Travel, Meetings,
Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (BTMICE) industry with in-depth knowledge and skills in
identifying Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legal requirement. The course also equips learners
with skills and abilities to identify WSH security hazards, evaluate the risks, implement control
measures, and to monitor, review and implement the Risk Management Plan to ensure safe
BTMICE operations.
What You'll Learn
Upon completion of the module, the learners will be able to : • develop the WSH Performance
Management framework • identify WSH hazards, risk assessment and risk control in MICE
operations • implement of Risk Management Plan • monitor pre- and post-contract WSH
performance
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Above 21 years of age and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
- Able to speak, listen, read and write Mandarin at a proficiency of GCE 'N' or Hanban BCT(A) score not lower than 241 or BCT(B) score of not lower than 121.
