What You'll Learn
In order to be effective in the workplace, it is crucial to be able to influence not only our own behaviours but also that of other stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes and solutions. This course will help you know how to develop relationships with stakeholders to build confidence, alignment and communicate desired purpose, goals or objectives.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Applicants should:
- Be between 18 and 55 years of age
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a role that involves the usage or oversight of data to be analysed
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills (ES) Workforce Skills. Qualification (WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
- Be able to operate a computer or laptop to perform basic data processing tasks
- Learners with WPL Level 4 may be accepted into the course if they have 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- At least 1 GCE N Level pass in English.
