This course is for low wage workers (LWWs) in the PWM"“Waste Management (Materials Recovery) and PWM"“Cleaning (Cleaning) sectors with the following PWM job roles:

Senior Sorter
Team Lead
Supervisor
Cleaner (General / Indoor / Outdoor / Healthcare / Restroom / Table-Top)
Dishwasher
Refuse Collector

Minimum Entry Requirement

The desired entry requirement of learners include:

Physically Fit
Attentive
Resilient
Team player
Able to read and write English (at a level equivalent to WPLN Level 2)
Possess knowledge, skills, experience essential to and gained from published PWM job roles

Assumed attitude (for senior sorter as he/she moves up the PWM career ladder):
